The process for Office IT Solutions
1. Consultation/site survey

2. Proposing solutions, project plans, and budget
Processing the RFI or RFP to prepare a tailored and meticulous proposal on solutions and services.
3. Request for customer approval
The proposal is under negotiation between the clients and us. All the solutions and services will only implement after the clients′ confirmation.
4. Implementation
An implementation plan and timeline will be created with a clear path.
5. Nursing & stabilization period
We take full responsibility for all solutions and services in the period after launch.
